Adopting advanced roll film inline forming technology, this machine completes the entire automated workflow in a single unit — film unwinding, pouch forming, zipper welding, product filling, sealing and cutting — eliminating the need for pre-made pouches and significantly reducing overall packaging costs.

Featuring an innovative 3-lane synchronous operation design, it delivers a stable production speed of **140–160 bags per minute**, nearly tripling the output of single-lane machines within the same footprint. It supports multiple pouch formats including stand-up pouches, zipper pouches, 3-side seal pouches and 4-side seal pouches, and is compatible with powders, granules, liquids and pastes.

Equipped with a PLC control system and intuitive touch screen HMI, it enables one-click size changeover via pre-stored product recipes, minimizing downtime and labor dependency.
